Experienced Litigation Lawyer

Experience Required: 7–10 years

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled litigation lawyer with a proven track record in courtroom advocacy, legal drafting, and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling complex civil and commercial cases, strong research and drafting skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients and colleagues.
  • Mentor junior associates and contribute to knowledge sharing within the firm.

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years post-call litigation experience.
  • Demonstrated history of successful case handling.
  • Strong oral and written advocacy skills.
  • Membership in the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
